What this website does — and does not — process

This website is intentionally simple:

• It contains no contact or sign-up form. The "Contact" page only links to an email address (info@clientalytics.com) via a standard mailto link — clicking it opens your own email application. We only receive whatever you choose to send us in that email; the website itself does not capture, store, or transmit anything when you click that link.
• It sets no cookies of its own and uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools of any kind.
• Web fonts are self-hosted (bundled with the website at build time) rather than loaded from Google Fonts' servers at runtime, so no font-related data is sent to Google or any other third party when you visit the site.

The only data processing that occurs is the technical server log data described below, which happens automatically for any website visit regardless of provider.

2. Data Protection Officer

3. Server log data

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical information for every request — IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and operating system — to operate the website reliably and securely. This is processed under our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly before any such cookies are used.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure within the European Union. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International data transfers

This website is hosted within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data processed through this website to countries outside the EU/EEA.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
